Returns & Exchanges
We offer free return shipping for all orders within 30 days of the original purchase date. You have the option to exchange your product or receive a store credit.
Eligible Returns:
To qualify for a return, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of the original order.
- All clothing must be in its original, unwashed state, with attached tags.
- Clothing should be free from any traces of make-up, deodorant, stains, perfume scents, or signs of excessive wear.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings and hats cannot be returned.
- Products in our Final Clearance category cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please note that items failing to meet these criteria will be returned at the customer's expense. Jenny&Jessie reserves the right to deny access to the returns portal if items are not returned in their original shipped condition.
Store credits:
Store credits will be provided in the form of a digital gift card, which remains valid for a period of 1 year. Once our team processes your return, you will receive a gift card via email equivalent to the value of the returned items.
Faulty Product Items:
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Returns Department at sales@jennyjessie.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
- For all returns of faulty products, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt or credit or debit card statement).
- If your product is faulty, you can return it to us and choose to receive a replacement in 30 days.
- Please note that items which are damaged or because of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
Submitting a return:
Australia / New Zealand Returns
- Kindly initiate your return request through our Returns Center by following the provided instructions.
- Enjoy free returns for all orders exceeding $100.
- In the case of a faulty product, please utilize our Returns Center and select the option for a 'Faulty Item.'
- After your return request is processed, use the provided return shipping label to send back your item(s).
Rest of the World Returns
- Kindly initiate your return request through our Returns Portal and adhere to the provided prompts.
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost to Australia.
- If you receive a faulty product, kindly reach out to us at sales@jennyjessie.com, and we will personally assist you in finding a resolution.
Please be sure to use a protective bag and choose a registered/traceable form of postage. Jenny&Jessie cannot accept responsibility for goods that may be damaged or lost during transit from you to us.
